How I run design

Evidence first. Every recommendation traces back to something observed, whether that is a contextual inquiry on a ward or a risk analyst mid-cycle.

Systems before screens. I design the data relationships and decision points, then the interfaces that make them legible.

Practices that outlive their founder. Libraries and cadences a team can run without me in the room.
